NETWORK STATUS
03-14-2004Severe weather at our headquarters is causing intermittent problems with our telephone service. Our technical support staff will respond to e-mails sent to support@intergate.com during this time. We hope to have the phone service stabilized as soon as the weather clears, we appreciate your patience.
12-05-2003We've experienced a minor hardware failure in our mail server. During the repair process, incoming e-mail messages will be stored in a backup system. Outgoing e-mail will not be affected. We apologize for the inconvenience.
11-28-2003We are currently performing planned upgrades on our mail server. Incoming and Outgoing email will be down until approximately 12:00AM CST.
04-01-2003Customers who are experiencing difficulties sending mail should check their outgoing (SMTP) server, and be sure that it is set to "smtp.intergate.com". Assistance on changing this information can be found in the Help area of this web site.
